About the Role
Stealthmode Three is growing its in-house production team and we need dependable people from the Rosenberg/Richmond, TX area who are ready to show up and get to work. This isn't a heavy interview process — if you can follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and be where you're supposed to be on time, you've got a real shot. We'll train you on everything else.
What You'll Do
- Operate heat press machines to apply DTF transfers onto t-shirts and other garments
- Align designs accurately on garments before pressing
- Maintain consistent press time, temperature, and pressure settings
- Inspect finished products for quality and flag any defects
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Meet daily production targets and communicate any issues to your supervisor
- Assist with folding, packaging, and order fulfillment as needed
Shifts Available
We operate two shifts and will assign based on team needs:
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Saturday mornings
- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM + Sunday mornings
What We're Looking For
No lengthy interview process here. We just need to know you can understand what needs to be done and show up ready to do it. Simple as that.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Reliable and punctual — showing up on time matters more than anything
- Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment
- Team player — no drama, just work
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Prior experience with heat press machines or garment printing
- Familiarity with DTF, screen printing, or embroidery processes
- Experience in a warehouse or production setting
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $10.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person (on-site at our warehouse in the Rosenberg/Richmond, TX area)
- We are looking for Immediate Joiners
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
