Overview
The buck always stops with the Manager. Managers take responsibility for everything that happens in their store and do it with a smile. Managers must be tough as nails, soft as a kitten and always have a screw driver or box of tissues handy.
Responsibilities
Restaurant managers must follow and coach to brand standards and adhere to D’Andrea Group handbook policies. In addition to overseeing all restaurant operations including cash handling, scheduling and business management, managers must smile, support, coach, lead and make the best possible decisions with the guests, employees and company’s interests in mind.
