East & Co. - a living hub of hospitality where food, space, and community come together - is searching for creative and detail-oriented hosts and marketplace associates to join the opening team of our unique Boulder hospitality venue.
East & Co. is a new venture located at 2100 Central Avenue surrounded by a variety of office campuses. This unique building includes a number of high-end concepts including a coffee shop, retail marketplace, full-service restaurant & bar, catering & events, and conference space. Current projected hours of operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday with nights & weekends required as needed for events.
Wages are determined by ability, experience and fit, and are a combination of base pay plus tips. Wages will vary based on business volumes and market conditions.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, providing a positive first impression
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Assist guests with inquiries about our marketplace offerings, services, and events through clear and friendly communication
- Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements while maintaining accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of service during busy periods and special events
Experience
- Previous host/hostess experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience in hotel or guest services roles enhances understanding of guest relations and hospitality standards
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when managing reservations or inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food service operations, serving procedures, and hospitality best practices is a plus
