JOB DESCRIPTION
On Call Facilities Crew
Reports to: Facilities Director & Evening Facilities Supervisor
Employment Status: Non Exempt (hourly); Part-time
POSITION SUMMARY
The On Call Facilities Crew is part of the team that works to keep the church and school campuses clean and
stocked with supplies. This position is responsible for cleaning the many rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and
general areas around the campuses. Some of the responsibilities also include preparing rooms and areas on
campus for events and activities, as well as cleaning up after events to prepare Sunday morning services.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to clean quickly and steadily
Reliable for consistent attendance
Able to lift heavy equipment such as vacuums, trash cans, etc.
Able to move tables and chairs when cleaning floors.
Strong work ethic to clean and encourage team mates to work hard together
Able to build relationships on the team to support each other when cleaning the campus
Respectful and positive when interacting with staff and churchgoers
Trustworthy to lock up campus at the end of the night
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
- Clean assigned areas by dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Wash walls, polish mirrors, clean windows and blinds
- Clean bathrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and floors
- Restock bathroom and school classroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap)
- Take out trash and recycled items and wipe bins
- Other duties as assigned
