What You’ll Do as a AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative:
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and confidence
- Engage with residential customers in-person to discuss wireless solutions
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, promotions, and bundled services
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on AT&T offerings
- Work closely with team leaders in a collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For in a AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and competitive mindset
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or wireless sales is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time and in-person
