What You'll Do
- Install tow truck and wrecker bodies
- Install snow plows, spreaders, and related truck equipment
- Perform 12-volt electrical wiring, lighting, controls, and wiring harness installations
- Weld and fabricate mounting brackets, frames, and structural components
- Perform truck body and frame modifications as required
- Repair and fabricate steel and aluminum components
- Work with hydraulic systems and truck equipment (experience is a plus)
What We're Looking For
- Experience installing truck equipment, wreckers, plows, or similar vocational equipment preferred
- Welding and metal fabrication experience
- Basic to intermediate 12-volt electrical knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Hydraulic experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Ability to read layouts and work independently
- Own basic hand tools
- High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
