PRG Educational is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our placement process. Facilitating the placement of individuals into suitable jobs, acting as a liaison between job seekers and employers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in the morning and taking orders
- Responding to our business partners need and placing our team members as needed
- Matching candidates with appropriate job openings or placements.
- Calling out to our team members and placing them at openings
- Placing opening on website
- Communicating back to our business partners that we have filled there needs
- Follow ups when necessary
