We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Production Lead to join our growing carpet company and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse production team. In this role, you'll lead a team of about 10–12 production associates, help keep production running smoothly, and serve as the main point of communication between English and Spanish speaking clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 10–12 production associates.
- Communicate daily production goals, updates, and expectations in both English and Spanish.
- Learn all production processes before taking on full leadership responsibilities.
- Monitor productivity, quality, workflow, and attendance throughout each shift.
- Work with warehouse and operations teams to keep production on schedule.
- Jump in and help on the production floor whenever needed to keep things moving.
- Ensure carpet products are produced, inspected, and prepared according to company quality standards.
- Be a team player and assist in other departments or areas as needed to support daily operations.
- Make sure safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards are followed.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency while helping maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, flooring, or carpet industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Flexibility to work weekends or adjust your schedule as business needs change.
