Duties
- Design and implement an effective marketing plan for leasing and renewals.
- Support the leasing process by conducting property tours, processing applications, and upselling available units to prospective residents.
- Perform all renewal procedures and policies for successful resident retention.
- Plan and hold resident retention activities.
- Maintain accurate data entry within property management software such Entrata, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policy.
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, lease agreements, contracts, and Section 8 housing programs with transparency and precision.
- Manage customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, conflict management skills, and proactive communication to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities using Entrata Facilities and facilitate inspections to keep properties in top condition.
- Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations by conducting regular audits and ensuring all leasing practices adhere to legal standards.Skills
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Proficiency with Entrata a plus for efficient data management and reporting.
- Legal administrative experience related to leases, contracts, landlord-tenant law, and Section 8 procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with negotiation abilities to upsell units and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and general administrative tasks supporting property management functions.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience:
- Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Manager: 1 year (Required)
