Overview: Extruder Machine Operator Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires a strong understanding of materials handling, mechanical processes, and quality control to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with operating extrusion machines to fabricate plastic products according to specifications.
- Monitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and products
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Responsible for baling garbage and shredding grass
- Perform other tasks as direct by the supervisor
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficient in materials handling
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating production metrics.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of production workflows.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring collaboration towards common goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.35 per hour
