Position Overview
Kiddie Academy is seeking an exceptional Infant Program Supervisor to lead our infant program and ensure the highest standards of care, health, and early learning for our youngest children. This full-time leadership position combines the responsibilities of a Lead Teacher with oversight of classroom quality, infant health and wellness practices, and the coaching and development of fellow educators.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, and knowledgeable in infant development and best practices for infant care. As the Infant Program Supervisor, you will serve as the primary leader of the infant classroom, mentor teaching staff, build strong relationships with families, and create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, loved, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Infant classroom.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Kiddie Academy standards.
- Oversee all infant health and wellness practices, including feeding schedules, bottle preparation, safe sleep procedures, diapering, sanitation, and medication administration in accordance with licensing regulations.
- Ensure individualized care plans are followed for each infant.
- Monitor children's developmental milestones and communicate progress with families.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor assistant teachers while maintaining high classroom quality.
- Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication and partnership.
- Maintain accurate health records, daily reports, incident documentation, and classroom documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all Colorado licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and Kiddie Academy policies.
- Partner with academy leadership to continuously improve classroom quality and infant care practices.
Qualifications
- Meet Colorado licensing requirements for Infant Program Supervisor.
- CDA, Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care, or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Human Development, or a related field (preferred).
- PDIS Early Childhood Professional Credential Level II or higher (Version 3.0).
- Qualified as a Group Leader/Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).
- Completion of Expanding Quality in Infant Toddler Care (EQIT).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Must provide verification of hours working with children.

- Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
