As our General Superintendent, you will play a key role in leading and managing all aspects of commercial and industrial concrete construction projects, from layout and foundations to slabs and site concrete. You will ensure adherence to project specifications, manage budgets and timelines, and provide training and guidance to your crew.

Manage all aspects of commercial and industrial concrete construction projects, including layout, foundations, walls, formwork, rebar installation, fine grading, slab prep, SOG placements, SOMD, elevated slabs, and site concrete.

Possess knowledge of concrete mix designs, admixtures, finishing aids, curing, and hot/cold weather placements and procedures.

Code time, material, equipment, and subcontractors for proper job costing.

Maintain project schedule and effectively communicate updates and impacts to the General Superintendent and Project Manager.

Manage and provide training to crew members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Forecast and communicate project needs to the General Superintendent.

Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines, identify hazards, and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with contract documents and oversee quality control throughout the entire project.

Ten years of civil construction experience

Five years of verifiable experience as a General Superintendent

Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software

Ability to understand and communicate contract documents and scope of work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English and Spanish a plus

Proficient with total station operation for construction layout

Working knowledge and adherence to OSHA guidelines

Motivational team player and leader with commitment to safety and quality
Full Time: $75,000 - $115,000 (Based on experience)
