About the Opportunity
A growing and highly respected wealth management firm is seeking a Financial Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for an established segment of client households.
The firm operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and is committed to delivering disciplined financial advice, thoughtful planning, and exceptional client service. As the organization continues to grow, it is intentionally segmenting client service models to ensure every client receives the appropriate level of support while preserving a high-touch experience for more complex relationships.
This position plays a critical role in that strategy.
The Role
The Financial Advisor is responsible for the ongoing service, retention, and growth of an assigned segment of client relationships.
This is a fully accountable advisor role, not a support position. The successful candidate will independently manage client relationships, conduct routine planning conversations, support investment management implementation, identify appropriate business opportunities, and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
As client needs evolve, the advisor will collaborate with internal specialists and senior advisors to ensure clients receive the right expertise and support at the right time.
