Lead Logistics & Warehouse Associate

Pay: $23–$26/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Typical hours are 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Hours vary depending on the season and workload, generally ranging from 20–35 hours per week.

SELLITSTAGED is one of Colorado's premier home staging companies, specializing in mid to high-end homes throughout Northern Colorado and Boulder county. We're growing quickly and are looking for the right person to grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload staging furniture and décor safely.
- Deliver, install, and remove staging furniture in occupied and vacant homes.
- Organize and maintain our warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and daily warehouse logistics.
- Drive our 16' box truck and Sprinter to and from staging projects.
- Assemble new furniture.
- Repair furniture and staging inventory as needed.
- Help maintain our fleet vehicles, including oil changes and other basic mechanical repairs.
- Problem-solve daily logistical challenges and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team where every day is different.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a box truck and Sprinter.
- Able to frequently lift 75+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing basic vehicle maintenance.
- Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

Employment Details
- Compensation is based on experience ($23–$26/hour) and opportunity to move up.
- Position begins with a 90-day 1099 trial period, with the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee after a successful review.
