Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-driven **Safety Supervisor** with a strong background in transportation safety and fleet compliance. In this key role, you’ll help ensure our fleet operates safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with federal and state regulations. What You’ll Do:
- Driver Qualification (DQ) files
- Monitor **Hours of Service (HOS)** compliance
- Review accidents and manage claims reporting
- Handle IFTA reporting
- IRS Form 2290** filings
- Manage permits and coordinate insurance renewals
- Run and evaluate **PSP reports** and **Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs)**
- Administer **FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse** compliance
- Coordinate **DOT and non-DOT drug testing
- Review driver applications and conduct **onboarding & safety inductions**
- Plate renewals and other fleet documentation
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in transportation safety or fleet compliance
- Deep knowledge of **DOT/FMCSA regulations**, including HOS, DQ files, IFTA, 2290, and Clearinghouse
- Experience with **accident reporting**, **insurance claims**, and **driver screening**
- Familiarity with **PSP**, **MVRs**, and **drug testing protocols**
- Strong organizational skills and clear, confident communication
