Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished furniture for defects or damage prior to packaging
- Wrap, pad, box, and secure furniture using protective materials
- Apply correct labels, tags, and shipping documentation
- Assemble boxes as needed
- Follow packing specifications and customer-specific requirements
- Operate hand tools, tape machines, and packaging equipment
- Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with loading packages onto trucks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to lift heavy furniture consistently up to 50lbs.
- Experience in packing and shipping office furniture a plus.
