Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, and Washington DC.
About the Role:
As a Sales Estimator at Blue Collar Scholars, you will handle daily landscaping and construction estimates for homes in Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, and Washington DC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospects at their homes or businesses to assess project needs and provide written estimates.
- Deliver exceptional professional service that impresses clients.
- Wear Blue Collar Scholars attire during estimates.
- Communicate value effectively to justify pricing.
- Follow up on past estimates with sales calls to boost revenue.
- Network with industry leaders and referral sources.
- Delegate tasks to the landscaping/construction crew members and ensure successful project completion.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Valid driver’s license
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- At least 5 years of sales & customer service experience with a proven track record
- Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer care
- Desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization
- Industry experience a plus, but not required
We offer competitive earning potential, including sales commissions. Our current sales team members earn over $80,000 in their first year, with experienced members exceeding six figures in salary and commissions.
