Pay & Bonus Overview:

Base hourly rate plus an extra $8/hr for short 2-3 hour shifts

$100 bonus for every 100 hours completed

Essential Duties:
-
Monitor client safety and prevent falls
-
Perform assisted transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts
-
Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
-
Meal preparation and feeding support
-
Medication reminders and social engagement
-
Drive clients to errands and medical appointments

Maintain clean and hazard-free home environments
Application Requirements:

At least 1 year of paid caregiving experience

Verified caregiving skills through certificates or assessments

Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle

References from previous caregiving work

Successful background check, DMV review and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of dementia and hospice care

Experience with medical equipment like Hoyer lifts

Comfortable driving clients as part of care
Shift Options (with Bonuses):

Monday, Thursday & weekends — 8am-12pm & 6pm-8pm with $8/hr bonus

Daily morning shifts 8am-10am with additional $8/hr
