About the NP Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner who values careful listening, patient education, sound clinical judgment, and long-term relationships. The right NP will be confident in providing care while remaining collaborative, humble, and committed to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
l Conduct patient evaluations and develop appropriate care plans within scope of practice.
l Provide preventive, metabolic, hormone-health, weight-management, and chronic-care support as assigned.
l Order and review appropriate laboratory testing and follow up with patients.
l Prescribe and manage treatment within applicable laws, protocols, and scope of practice.
l Educate patients clearly and encourage realistic, sustainable health decisions.
l Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record.
l Coordinate with the physician and clinical team when consultation or escalation is needed.
l Help create a consistent, respectful, and reassuring patient experience.
Qualifications
l Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina, or eligibility to obtain one.
l Current national board certification in an appropriate population focus.
l Prescriptive authority and controlled-substance registration when required for assigned duties.
l Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and patient-education skills.
l Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
