JETSET On The Mat Instructor (Founding Instructor Team)
Love teaching group fitness and creating unforgettable class experiences? JETSET is looking for energetic, experienced instructors to join our Founding Instructor Team and help launch San Francisco's newest luxury fitness community.
JETSET On The Mat is a 50-minute, music-driven workout that blends strength, endurance, mobility, and Pilates-inspired movement. We're seeking confident coaches who can command a room, connect with clients, and deliver a challenging, results-driven experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead high-energy, 50-minute On The Mat classes
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment for clients of all fitness levels
- Provide clear coaching, form corrections, and movement modifications
- Build meaningful relationships with members and contribute to a strong studio community
- Embody the JETSET brand through professionalism, positivity, and exceptional client service
- Support studio events, member engagement initiatives, and community outreach opportunities
Qualifications
- Current Group Fitness, Pilates, or Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Previous group fitness instruction experience required
- Strong communication skills and ability to confidently lead large groups
- Passion for fitness, community, and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Availability to teach mornings, evenings, and/or weekends preferred

Pay: $35–$50 per class
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
