Join our team at Lalla Grill, a full-service restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina! Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, and upbeat Busser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting the team and maintaining a clean, organized dining space.
What You’ll Do:

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations.

Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, glassware, and condiments.

Clean and respond promptly to spills and messes in dining and service areas.

Safely handle and clean up broken glass or other hazards.

Assist with maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, including addressing unexpected situations when needed.

Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas.

Vacuum and help maintain overall cleanliness of floors and dining spaces.

Support overall flow of service and guest experience.

Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred.

Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and punctual.
-
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
-
Willingness to handle cleaning tasks and maintain a sanitary environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
-
RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire.
