Alpine Dermatology is a comprehensive dermatology clinic where our patients come first! We focus on medical, surgical and cosmetic conditions of the skin, hair and nails. As a Medical Assistant with Alpine Dermatology, candidate must be able to:
- Scribe quickly during examinations (must have experience)
- Work quickly on computers / typing skills
- Have good written communication/grammar while charting
- Work with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Gmail/Chat)
- Have good customer service skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Hold an active CNA or MA license
-Hold an active Phlebotomy license
Job duties include:
- Assisting and rooming patients
- Charting reason for visit and communicating with provider
- Scribing for provider during patient visits
- Stocking exam rooms / keeping track of inventory of product
- Autoclaving medical equipment as needed
- Pathology and lab result patient calls
- Assisting with Prior Authorizations
- Assisting with Prescription refill requests
Hours are part time and flexible. May develop into full time. You need to be available 9-5 on Thursdays.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
