Role: Superintendent
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + full benefits

As a Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare interior projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations across healthcare interior renovation and build-out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, logistics, and inspections
- Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution
- Conduct progress meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and design teams
- Track manpower, materials, deliveries, and short-interval schedules
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize disruption in active healthcare environments
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, punch lists, and closeout coordination
- Support client relationships through professionalism, accountability, and strong field leadership
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience delivering healthcare interiors, medical office, hospital renovation, or occupied-space projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of interior trades, MEP coordination, infection control, and phased construction
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
