Position: Guest Service Representative

As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service from check-in to check-out. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a Warm Welcome
- Greet guests professionally, complete check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensure accurate room assignments.
- Provide Guest Support
Respond to guest inquiries, assist with requests, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Serve as a Local Resource
Share knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.Manage reservations, process payments, balance cash drawers, and ensure all guest records are accurate.Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared and guest needs are met.Deliver service in alignment with Choice Hotels and Dalwadi Hospitality Management standards.Qualifications
