FASTSIGNS Tulsa is hiring for an Installer/Production Specialist to join our team! As an Installer/Production Specialist, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Installer / Production Specialist Is:
- Responsible for all offsite sign and print media installations
- Able to assess an environment for the needs and techniques of the installation
- Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before starting
- Able to work independently and with other team members when required
- Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc
- Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images
- Operate and maintain printer(s)
- Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards
- Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces
- Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Installer:
- Clean driving record
- 18 years of age or older
- 1-2 years of experience in sign production. Experience in install preferred
- Previous experience in sign installation, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in sign installation.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices.
- Basic carpentry, electrical, or welding skills, if applicable.
- Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights, such as ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously
