About this Role
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers and CNAs who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support at home. In this position, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent by providing personalized, non-medical care right where they feel most secure — their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
- Provide mobility support such as walking assistance, transfers, and repositioning.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals; help with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and safe home.
- Offer medication reminders and monitor for changes in health or behavior.
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or outings (as applicable).
- Following the established care plan and communicating with supervisors or family as necessary.

Pay Rate
- $15–$17 per hour (based on experience and shift type)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar role (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift or support clients as needed.
- Strong communication skills with a patient, respectful, compassionate demeanor.
- Must pass level 2 background screening.
