Residential Cleaning Trainer — The Cleaning Authority of Fort Lauderdale
The Cleaning Authority of Fort Lauderdale is hiring experienced residential cleaners who are ready to step into a leadership role as a field trainer for our growing team.
We are a well-established franchise with increasing customer demand, and we need experienced professionals who can coach, motivate, and hold new hires to the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job.
What You Will Do

Train new employees in the field through hands-on, side-by-side coaching

Demonstrate and enforce our Detail-Clean Rotation System

Ride along with new hires during their first five days on the job

Provide ongoing performance feedback and report progress to management

Help maintain team quality standards across all routes
Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of verified residential cleaning experience (we will contact your previous employer)

Strong communication and coaching skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Reliable personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and clean driving record

Positive, team-first attitude and consistent attendance
-
Ability to pass a background check

Must be at least 21 years old
Our Hiring Process
Candidates with verified experience will be invited to a paid one-day working interview before a formal offer is made. This is how we ensure the right fit for both sides.
Pay and Benefits

$18 to $20 per hour based on verified experience

$250 bonus after completing your first 30 days

No nights, no weekends — Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
