Provide compassionate one-on-one support to adults who are Deaf or hard of hearing and have intellectual and developmental disabilities, using American Sign Language (ASL) to promote communication, independence, and community engagement.

American Sign Language (ASL) Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, Per Diem weekday and weekend shifts available—build a schedule that works for you
- Shifts Available: Day (7:00am–3:00pm) & Evening (2:00pm–10:00pm)
- Start & End Dates: Immediate openings with ongoing assignments
- Responsibilities: Provide direct support using American Sign Language (ASL); assist with personal care and daily living activities; encourage independence and life skills; accompany individuals on community outings and appointments; and foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

American Sign Language (ASL) Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or experience in healthcare, caregiving, childcare, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused roles
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assist with light lifting (up to 50 lbs)
