Direct Support Professional (DSP) – First Shift

Schedule: First Shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and personal care
- Encourage independence and participation in individualized programs
- Support residents during community activities, events, and appointments
- Document services and collect required program data
- Transport residents using an agency vehicle
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Provide appropriate supervision based on each resident’s individual needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous caregiving or disability-services experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to person-centered support
- Ability to complete required agency training and certifications
