R.I. Lampus Company – the western PA leader in Concrete Block, Hardscape Manufacturing and Brick Distribution, is in need of a full-time Laborer in our Springdale, PA facility.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with general plant operations and other assigned duties
- Work effectively with team members in a collaborative environment
- Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies, work rules, and operating procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform the physical requirements of the job, including frequent sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed
