Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable CNC Production Machine operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a production-focused position responsible for operating CNC lathes, CNC fiber lasers, and CNC press brakes to manufacture precision components. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing quality work while meeting production goals.
Experience with CNC programming is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes, CNC fiber lasers, and CNC press brakes
- Set up machines for production runs, including tooling changes and material loading
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition
- Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues and communicate larger concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating CNC lathes, fiber lasers, press brakes, or similar production equipment
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- CNC programming experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
