Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Seasonal Overtime: During our busiest seasons, additional hours may be scheduled, up to approximately 10 extra hours per week.

Cotton & Crete is a growing home décor business known for carefully curated furniture, décor, pantry goods, florals, seasonal pieces, and unique finds. Our fulfillment center plays an essential role in making sure each customer order is picked, packed, and shipped with care.
We are currently hiring full-time Warehouse Associates to join our packing and fulfillment team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a team.
Experience is welcome, but not required — we are happy to train the right person.
Position Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will help receive inventory, pick and pack customer orders, prepare shipments, maintain organization throughout the warehouse, and support daily warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and team members to ensure orders are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
This role requires strong attention to detail, care when handling products, and a commitment to making sure customer orders arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Safely prepare, wrap, and package items for shipment
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory
- Assist with inventory organization, counting, and replenishment
- Use a handheld scanner or computer for warehouse tasks as needed
- Load boxes and shipments onto trucks
- Check products for quality before shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Replenish packing supplies and organize work areas
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations
- Help solve inventory or order-related issues when needed
- Follow directions from the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
- Work as part of a team to complete the daily responsibilities of the warehouse
- Support other departments or warehouse areas as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Work overtime when needed during busy seasons
- Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours per day
- Push, pull, bend, twist, squat, grasp, and reach throughout the shift
- Work comfortably on a mezzanine ladder at heights up to 8 feet
- Read instructions and follow verbal direction
- Work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Pay close attention to detail and product quality
- Work well with others while also being able to complete tasks independently
- Contribute to a professional, safe, and respectful work environment
- Meet established standards for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
- Be at least 18 years old
