We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Social Security Disability Attorney to join our growing law firm. This role is ideal for a seasoned advocate with deep expertise in Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI) law who can manage complex cases, mentor attorneys to deliver comprehensive client representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of Social Security Disability (SSD and SSI) matters from initial application through hearings and appeals.
- Represent clients at administrative hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
- Prepare legal briefs, memoranda, and appeals to the Appeals Council and federal court, as needed.
- Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and develop legal strategies tailored to each case.
- Oversee and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in firm development initiatives, including training and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience handling Social Security Disability cases.
- Extensive hearing experience before ALJs required.
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
