For more information, please visit </span><a target="_blank" href="https://www.callawaygolf.com/"><span style="color:#669df1"><u><span style="font-size:14px">https://www.callawaygolf.com</span></u></span></a></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Leadership & Oversight</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and mentor a team of Master Data Analysts, providing coaching, workload prioritization, and performance feedback.</li><li>Establish and maintain process documentation, RACIs, and training materials to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Act as the primary point of escalation for complex data issues across brands and regions.</li></ul><p><b>Master Data Operations</b></p><ul><li>Oversee creation, extension, and governance of Materials, BOMs, and related master data objects across ECC and S4 HANA Retail.</li><li>Drive the adoption of exception-based monitoring and reporting to improve data quality and integrity.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate material setup to enable seasonal go-to-market readiness.</li><li>Provide hands-on support for global company initiatives and projects — including stepping in alongside the team when needed to troubleshoot, validate, or execute critical activities.</li></ul><p><b>Systems & Integrations</b></p><ul><li>Manage and support integration between Centric PLM and SAP (ECC/S4), ensuring alignment across Apparel, Soft Goods and Hard Goods.</li><li>Partner with IT and business leads on ECC and S4 Retail rollout, migrations, and stabilization.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues across OTC, PTP, and Supply Chain processes where master data is a dependency.</li></ul><p><b>Process Improvements & Automation</b></p><ul><li>Develop and deploy Precisely Automate (Winshuttle) and other automation scripts to reduce manual effort and errors.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline material creation and maintenance processes across brands and regions.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement efforts in data governance, reporting, and cross-brand standardization.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with brand operations teams to align global vs. local processes.</li><li>Educate business partners on SAP and PLM data requirements, dependencies, and lead times.</li><li>Support global initiatives such as sustainability data tracking, tariff/compliance attributes, and hierarchy governance.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on SAP ECC/S4 Retail expertise.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PLM (Centric preferred) and its integration with ERP.</li><li>Experience supervising or mentoring analysts in a global, cross-brand environment.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP master data objects (Material, Customer, Vendor, BOM, PIR, Storage Locations, etc.).</li><li>Skilled in SAP mass change tools, table lookups, and audit analysis.</li><li>Experience with automation tools (Winshuttle, Automation Anywhere, or similar).</li><li>Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA) for analysis and reporting.</li><li>Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).</li></ul><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting global apparel/fashion or consumer goods brands.</li><li>Knowledge of governance frameworks and exception-based reporting in MDM.</li><li>Familiarity with sustainability and compliance-related master data requirements.</li><li>Prior involvement in large-scale ERP/PLM migrations or S4 rollouts.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><ul><li>Travel: ~10% (domestic and international, including Europe and Asia).</li><li>Work Hours: 40 per week, hybrid schedule (HQ + remote).</li><li>Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus + benefits.</li><li>Location: Carlsbad, CA or Huntington Beach, CA</li></ul><p><b><span>DE&I and EEOC:</span></b></p><p><b><i><span>Inclusion & Diversity:<span> </span></span></i></b><span>As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
