Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to provide essential assistance to a young man in his home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and well-being through respectful support.
This position is in Ashland City. The schedule is flexible. Male or female are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences while maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
- Drive residents when necessary for appointments or community outings.
Experience
- Experience is good but not necessary. We will train.
- Valid driver’s license necessary.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required. We will train.
Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
