About This Role
To provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children, the successful candidate will assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that cater to individual needs. A key responsibility will be to ensure children achieve desired outcomes, ultimately contributing to their school readiness.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with the teacher to develop lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of children, with a focus on enhancing individual learning outcomes.

Implement educational activities and plans, adhering to established guidelines.

Provide supervision as needed to designated groups or individual children, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Accurately record and document children's attendance.

Engage with parents to foster a sense of community and encourage involvement in the educational process.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the teacher or supervisor.
