IDS Blast, a leader in the abrasive blasting industry since 1991, is looking for a dependable and highly organized Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Ship orders with UPS WorldShip, receive inbound materials in our ERP system
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout and clean work environment
- Ensure outgoing orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Operate a forklift (no certification required — just skill and safety awareness)
- Collaborate with other departments to keep operations aligned and moving
- Uphold and promote warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating a forklift safely (certification not required)
- Effective communicator
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
- Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or the ability to learn quickly
