Entry‑Level Production Leader (Stone, Masonry & General Construction)
Atlas Stone / EP Martinez & Co. builds fireplaces, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, stonework, framing, and general construction projects across Central Arkansas. We are a fast‑growing company looking for motivated people who want to grow with us.
We are looking for an Entry‑Level Production Leader to support and lead daily field operations across our stone, masonry, metal framing, wood framing, and general construction projects. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position while learning multiple trades.
You will work alongside our installers, help keep projects running smoothly, communicate with builders/homeowners when needed, and step in to support production if a crew member is absent. This role is ideal for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to build a long‑term career in construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading daily jobsite operations across stone, masonry, metal framing, wood framing, and general construction
- Drive truck and crew members to job sites and ensure tools/materials are ready
- Work hands‑on with the team: prep, staging, cleanup, basic install tasks
- Learn stone installation, framing, and general construction techniques
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and supervisors
- Support the lead installer by keeping helpers productive and the jobsite organized
- Handle small issues, punch lists, or service calls when assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Step into any role necessary to keep production moving if a crew member is absent
- Provide daily updates on job progress, needs, and potential issues
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple trades
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physical labor
- Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to follow instructions
- Leadership potential — able to guide helpers and support the lead installer
- Experience in stone, masonry, or framing is a plus but not required
