Do you love connecting with people and helping them say "yes" to something that can improve their lives?
We're looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Front Desk Sales & Patient Experience Coordinator to be the first impression of our practice. This is much more than a traditional front desk position—it's a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating trust, and helping prospective patients commit to their health.
You'll be responsible for welcoming patients, answering questions, handling incoming leads, scheduling appointments, and confidently communicating the value of our services. If you're energized by meeting goals, closing opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Convert phone calls and online inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Build rapport with prospective and existing patients while identifying their needs.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and treatment plans.
- Help patients feel confident moving forward with recommended care.
- Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet scheduled or started care.
- Support patient retention by encouraging treatment plan compliance and future appointments.
- Manage scheduling, patient communications, and front office operations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Work closely with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar relationship-focused role.
- A confident communicator who enjoys overcoming objections and helping people make informed decisions.
- A friendly, energetic personality with a passion for creating an exceptional first impression.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- A background in musculoskeletal health, chiropractic, physical therapy, athletic training, massage therapy, or another related field is a significant advantage.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Competitive pay with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
- A supportive, high-energy team environment.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping people improve their health.
- Professional growth and advancement opportunities.
If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys sales without the pressure of cold calling, and wants to make a difference in people's lives every day, we encourage you to apply.
