Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) – Independent Contractor / Part-Time (Growth to Full-Time)
We are seeking a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building a thriving lymphatic therapy practice. This is an independent contractor position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Our practice specializes in advanced lymphatic therapy, pre- and post-surgical care, lymphedema management, wellness, and aesthetic treatments. We offer a unique partnership model, supporting you in growing your client base and professional presence.
Requirements
- Certification in Lymphedema Therapy (CLT) – required
- Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Strong understanding of lymphedema treatment protocols and contraindications
- Experience with post-surgical lymphatic care preferred
- Professional, compassionate, and client-centered approach
- Licensed massage therapist or bodywork professional (as required by state regulations)
Responsibilities
- Provide lymphedema-focused treatments, including MLD and decongestive therapy
- Develop customized care plans for clients with lymphedema and related conditions
- Educate clients on self-care, compression, and lifestyle support
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the practice to grow and retain clientele
