We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Assistant Director to join our childcare team. This position supports the daily operations of the school while helping maintain a positive, professional, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. We are a new school looking to expand and grow.
Responsibilities Include: Must have an open schedule to open or close as needed.
Managing and filing child records and student files

Entering and updating information from child files

Conducting tours for prospective families

Assisting with staff and classroom schedules

Providing classroom support when needed

Training and supporting teachers

Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering

Printing and organizing monthly school reports

Taking lead calls and tracking inquiries

Updating and managing social media monthly

Reviewing and approving school photos

Supporting school events and activities

Registering new students as needed

- Providing kitchen support when the cook is out
- Supporting Monthly Team Meetings every 3rd Thursday of the month.
