Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients warmly in person and by phone
- Check patients in and out for their appointments
- Manage scheduling, including proactively contacting patients to fill schedule openings
- Coordinate treatment planning and assist patients in understanding their care recommendations
- Process co-pays and confidently answer patient questions regarding general practice policies and insurance
- Obtain and maintain accurate patient health histories, ensuring records are updated at each visit
- Support the administrative team in day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For
- Prior dental office experience a plus, but not required
- Reliable, self motivated, and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care
- Proficiency with dental practice management software a plus
