Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward greater independence and functional mobility.
Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, and mobility

Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use during treatment sessions

Monitor resident participation and communicate updates to the OT

Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Qualifications:

Active COTA license required

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
