AK Security is a regional FL, GA, & TX security service agency headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. We are currently seeking highly motivated security officers to work for multiple locations including commercial properties, residential communities, hotels, dealerships, etc.

Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond to alarms and calls for assistance, providing immediate support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems, to ensure safety compliance.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property from theft or damage.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations when required.
- Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including loss prevention techniques.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security threats.
