Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused salesperson who wants to expand their skill set and develop a career in Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I).
This is a unique hybrid Sales/Finance position designed for someone who wants to continue utilizing their sales experience while receiving hands-on training and development in the finance office.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Continue working with customers and assisting with vehicle sales.
- Spend approximately 2 days per week working in the Finance Office to gain hands-on F&I experience and training.
- Learn the complete finance process, including lender relationships, deal structuring, compliance, and F&I product presentation.
- Provide Finance Office coverage during vacations, days off, and other absences.
- Help cover sales overflow when needed.
- Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
- Build the skills and experience necessary to advance into a full-time Finance Manager position.
