Crew 1 Rowing is hiring a motivated, outgoing Front Desk Sales Team Member. This position is focused on sales, member engagement, lead follow-up, and creating an excellent experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members and first-time guests
- Sell memberships and class packages
- Follow up with new leads, trial members, and prospective members
- Make outbound calls and send texts to prospective members
- Explain membership options, promotions, and class offerings
- Help convert first-time visitors into members
- Re-engage past members and leads
- Answer phones, texts, and membership questions
- Schedule guests for introductory classes
- Maintain accurate prospect and member information
- Assist with studio events and promotions
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Sales-driven and comfortable asking for the sale
- Friendly, energetic, and confident
- Great at talking with people
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
- Organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers and learning studio software
- Fitness or sales experience is a plus
Pay: $10.00 per hour
