Job Description
Decantified is looking for a dependable, fast-moving, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Packaging Associate to join our growing fragrance business.
This position involves preparing online customer orders from start to finish. You will pick products, refill fragrance bottles, apply labels, package orders, and prepare shipments for delivery.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, learns quickly, works efficiently, and can solve small problems without needing constant supervision. Some previous warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, or packaging experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Pick the correct products for customer orders
- Refill fragrance bottles accurately and carefully
- Apply product labels neatly and correctly
- Package orders securely for shipping
- Double-check orders for accuracy before they are shipped
- Organize products, bottles, labels, and shipping supplies
- Restock work areas as needed
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
- Identify and correct mistakes before orders are shipped
- Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and product quality
- Assist with other fulfillment and inventory tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to arrive on time every day
- Fast worker who can maintain accuracy
- Quick learner who can follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently after training
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working around perfumes and fragrance products
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory, or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Dependable transportation to the workplace is required
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Workdays: TBA
- This is an in-person position and is not remote
Work Environment
The job is performed in a clean, air-conditioned fulfillment workspace located on private residential property in Homestead. The workspace has electricity, Wi-Fi, storage racks, and the equipment needed to prepare customer orders.
Because we work with fragrance products, applicants should be comfortable working around different perfumes and scents throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who wants a stable position and can become an important part of our growing business.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
