Front Desk Coordinator – Wellness Clinic

Windward Wellness is a busy multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Kailua offering chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable multitasking while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance benefits and authorizations
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with providers and staff regarding scheduling needs
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for patients
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Medical, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, or wellness office experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Some flexibility available
