About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to meet performance, accuracy, and safety goals
- Manage daily audit and slotting operations, ensuring productivity standards are consistently achieved
- Coach, develop, and support associates through performance feedback, training, and career development
- Collaborate across departments (Transportation, Inventory Management, and campus teams) to ensure smooth product flow
- Adjust staffing and priorities in real time to meet business demands
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Support hiring and onboarding efforts to build a strong, capable workforce
- Use data and reporting to track performance and inform decision-making
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
What You Bring
Experience & Knowledge
- 1–3 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF devices, or voice picking systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Basic understanding of operational metrics and performance reporting

Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational needs
- Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including temperatures ranging from -5°F to 90+°F
- Ability to stay active in a physically dynamic environment (e.g., walking, standing, interacting with equipment)
- Willingness to work around powered industrial equipment and on concrete flooring
- Ability to read and interpret product identifiers and operational data
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Powered industrial equipment certification (as applicable or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
