Who You Are
- You’re an experienced groomer (1–3+ years preferred).
- You’re motivated to groom multiple dogs per day — without sacrificing quality or safety.
- You take initiative, stay organized, and keep a clean workspace.
- You communicate well with pet parents and team members.
- You thrive when you're busy, booked, and producing great work.
What You'll Do
- Groom dogs of all breeds and sizes with skill, care, and consistency.
- Handle a high-volume schedule while maintaining top‑tier quality.
- Recommend add‑on services when appropriate (nail grinding, teeth brushing, de-sheeding).
- Follow safety standards, humane handling, and enrichment‑minded practices.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage rebooking and loyalty.
